This is an original German WWII Luftwaffe helmet.  It is an NS62 with lot nbr. D234.

The decal, liner and blue finish are original to the helmet, unfortunately the tan paint is a repaint added to the helmet post war.

There is still a slight texture that remains throughout the helmet.  The tan paint can be removed for someone who would be interested in restoring this back to what it is.  The decal easily rates at 90%.
