Nice example of a Luftwaffe Tropical Helmet.  This is a size 64 helmet shell maker ET.  The lot nbr to this helmet is 5621. 

This has been repainted on both the inside and outside with the correct dark green color.  The inside has beautiful rust coming through the bowl and rim.

The outside was over painted in the correct shade of "tropical tan".  The Luftwaffe decal was painted over with parts of it re-exposed.   The outside wear has a nice even patina with rusting and toning to match the inside.

This shell has only the outer band installed with no liner and chin strap.  Great helmet to display in your collection.
